Each control from the tables above, explained simply:
Subheading
Controls “Subheading” on the storefront. Open the theme editor to preview live. Default: This a subheading.
Use global subheading styles
When on, uses the matching style from Theme settings. Turn off to style only this section or block. Default: No. This control appears when: subHeading is filled in.
Subheading font size (mobile)
Sets subheading font size (mobile) in pixels for the matching screen size. Default: 16. This control appears when: Subheading is filled in and Use global subheading styles is off.
Subheading font size (tablet)
Sets subheading font size (tablet) in pixels for the matching screen size. Default: 18. This control appears when: Subheading is filled in and Use global subheading styles is off.
Subheading font size (desktop)
Sets subheading font size (desktop) in pixels for the matching screen size. Default: 20. This control appears when: Subheading is filled in and Use global subheading styles is off.
Subheading font weight
Sets how bold subheading text appears. Default: 400. This control appears when: Subheading is filled in and Use global subheading styles is off.
Subheading color
Controls “Subheading color” on the storefront. Open the theme editor to preview live. Default: #000000. This control appears when: Subheading is filled in and Use global subheading styles is off.
Visually hide subheading
Controls “Visually hide subheading” on the storefront. Open the theme editor to preview live. Default: No. This control appears when: subHeading is filled in.
Full width text
Controls “Full width text” on the storefront. Open the theme editor to preview live. Default: Yes. This control appears when: subHeading is filled in.
Max width
Controls “Max width” on the storefront. Open the theme editor to preview live. Default: 600. This control appears when: subheading full width is off and subHeading is filled in.
Content alignment
If the block is inside the flex block, content align does not work. Move it outside the flex block to work. Default: center. This control appears when: subHeading is filled in.
Tips
- Place this block inside a wrapper if it should only show on certain screen sizes.
- Preview in the theme editor on mobile and desktop.
